Refund policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.  *Please keep in mind we have limited stock;  the sooner you contact us, the more likely we will have the size/item you need.*


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

How to Send Items Back to Spirit Shack:   If your exchange is accepted (and items needed are available), we will send your new item(s) home with your child once we receive the original item(s) back.  Please place item(s) being exchanged in a bag with a note to the attention of "Front Desk" and send in to school with your child.  If we do not have the item(s) needed, we will refund your order.   *Please make sure to include your name and order number in the bag with the items being exchanged*

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
If we did not have the item(s) you requested for exchange, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded either via a check from the school or a credit to your FACTS account.
